Voluntary Community Information Meeting (CIM) hosted by 31 Sand Rd project team

A Community Information Meeting (CIM) for the proposed development at 31 Sand Road, Holland Landing, was held on October 1, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the Holland Landing Community Centre.

The purpose of the meeting was to bring together residents from the surrounding neighbourhood to share updates on the project’s current status and to provide an open opportunity for community members to ask questions and offer feedback.

Approximately 150 residents attended the session, representing a broad range of perspectives and interests within the local community.

Pentacore Development, the project’s proponent, attended alongside Valentina Chu, the project planner, and John Tassiopoulos, who facilitated the session. The project team presented an overview of the proposal, outlined the planning and approval process, and addressed questions and concerns related to density, traffic, heritage preservation, and servicing.

Residents were encouraged to share their comments both during and after the presentation. A variety of viewpoints, questions, and constructive suggestions were received throughout the evening. The project team has collected and documented all community feedback, which will be carefully reviewed and considered as part of the ongoing planning and design refinement process.

The development team would like to thank all attendees for their engagement and valuable input, which will help inform the next steps of the project.
